Copyright of every photo remains with the photographer, always. SpotterQuest never takes ownership of your work.

2 · LICENSE TO US

By uploading you grant SpotterQuest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the photo on this site (pages, thumbnails, flight settlement pages and posters) and to promote it on social channels — always with your credit.

上传即授予平台非独占、全球、免版税的展示许可：站内页面、缩略图、航班结算页与海报,以及带署名的社交推广。任何使用都会标注你的名字。

3 · YOUR PROMISE

Upload only photos you took yourself, and keep the metadata (registration, type, airport, date) honest. AI-generated or synthetic imagery is not allowed — this site documents real aircraft.

4 · TAKEDOWN

Verified infringement reports lead to takedown. Uploading someone else's work forfeits mileage and badges earned from it and may close the account.

侵权投诉核实后作品将下架;盗用他人作品将撤销由此获得的里程与徽章,情节严重者封禁账号。

5 · DELETION

Delete a photo or your account and we stop displaying it. Archived flight settlement pages keep their historical snapshot, with credit.

删除作品或账号后,平台停止对外展示;已归档航班的结算页保留历史快照与署名。

6 · DRAFT NOTICE
